A Non-traditional Approach to Physical Health

At Womb to Wellness Studio, we believe healing begins when the body is supported as a whole.

This is a space for women, babies, and families to receive thoughtful, hands-on care that looks beyond symptoms and addresses the deeper connections between the pelvis, core, nervous system, and overall body function. Whether you are preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, supporting your baby, or seeking long-term wellness, our goal is to help you feel more connected, supported, and at ease in your body.

The Approach

We take a root-cause, whole-body approach to care.

This is not rushed, symptom-based care.

Rather than isolating one area, we look at how everything works together—pelvic health, movement patterns, digestion, lymphatic flow, and nervous system regulation. Each session is personalized and may include a combination of manual therapy, gentle bodywork, movement guidance, and education to support lasting change.

Sessions are one-on-one, hands-on, and intentionally designed to give your body the time and attention it needs. The focus is on uncovering the “why” behind your symptoms and creating a plan that supports both immediate relief and long-term function.

Care is designed to be both effective and calming, helping your body shift out of stress and into a state where true healing can occur.

  • “Dr. Hailey Miller is amazing! She worked on my then 8 week old twins and after just 1 visit I could see a significant difference. They seemed way more comfortable in their bodies and less fussy. She does an incredible job of educating you on what she sees, what she is doing, and will also give you tools to continue to help your little one at home so they can continue to progress. If your little one seems to be struggling you shouldn’t hesitate to book with Hailey!“

  • “I've been seeing Dr. Hailey Miller at the Fort Worth location monthly, on average, for about two years now—I am a mom, a writer, and play tennis, so have had a revolving door of issues going on in my body due to stress, post-pregnancy pelvic floor issues, workouts, writing work, and two car accidents. Hailey's instincts and expertise at getting to the root of my various issues has been absolutely invaluable in my life. I have recommended her many times over to friends/family, and will continue doing so. I only wish she was closer—I live up in Denton and have anxiety in the car, so that tells you exactly how much I value her work and insight to drive down to Fort Worth on a regular basis. I'm happy the people of Aledo will get to work with her now, too!“

    —Kayla O.

  • “With the few visits I've had, I've already seen so much improvement! I have learned how to relax my pelvic floor, how to strengthen my weak muscles, got rid of my constipation through (I learned was caused partly by my tight muscles), got rid of my recurring tailbone pain- this is what brought me in!! I had been peeing my pants for years, and now it's a rare occurrence now vs daily. My tennis elbow is going away even. Dr. Hailey Miller is amazing! I love that I can come in with 100 questions and all my issues, and leave with them answered, knowing how to improve, and feeling confident for the future. Thank you!!“

  • “Hailey Miller helped me with diastsis recti and lower ab discomfort. I was 1.5 years postpartum after my second c-section and I thought the discomfort and weakness was something I had to live with. I appreciate how each appointment is thorough and was given exercises and scar massage techniques to do at home. The phone app for the exercises that included video demonstrations was helpful. Now my diastisis recti is healed and I can do normal house work without having to sit down and take a break after 10 min like before. My core has strengthened enough to where I’m finally able to feel comfortable exercising regularly. A huge thanks to Hailey Miller.“

    —Jasmine S.

  • “I have been seeing Dr Hailey Miller. She is amazing, easy to talk with and has helped me so much since having my two sons, one who was 10lbs! I didn't think I'd ever stop peeing myself but I have with her help and the exercises she's given me! Thank you, Dr Miller!“

    —Sara A.

  • “I saw Dr. Hailey for postpartum related issues. She took a holistic approach to helping me heal and took the time to educate me in having a better understanding of pelvic health. I now truly believe "bouncing back" should be more focused on pelvic health versus going back to your old dress size. I cannot recommend pelvic therapy enough for this with postpartum issues.“
